  • What are the benefits of creating an Azzaro account?

    Creating an AZZARO account allows you to be quickly identified during your visit to the website.

    You can also:
    – Create a wish list
    – Manage your newsletter subscription preferences
    – Update your personal information
    – Take advantage of suggestions for customized products and exclusive content

    For your safety and confidentiality, AZZARO will not share your personal information with any third party for any reasons.

  • How do I get assistance ?

    Our team is available to respond to your questions, for any help, information needed in English or French, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Paris time).

  • Where can I have my order deleveried ?

    AZZARO items are delivered in all countries with EURO currency, with the exception of overseas departments. AZZARO does not deliver orders to business addresses, P.O. boxes, hotels or university campuses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered.

  • How to give an Azzaro Gift ?

    All our products are delivered in AZZARO wrapping. Upon confirmation of your order, you will have the option to request gift wrapping; this service is offered free of charge.

    Personalized message

    We offer the option to include a personalized message when sending a gift order.

    Receipt and Price

    The receipt (in PDF format) of your order on AZZARO will be sent electronically to your email address. This receipt, which we advise you to print and keep, will also be available by logging in to your Customer Account.

    The price will be removed from the label of the products you ordered and there will be no printed receipt in the shipment.

  • How do I track my order ?

    AZZARO will inform you by email of the progress of your order. You can also track the progress of your order in the “My Orders” section of your online Customer Account or by email in the “contact” section of the website.

  • How do I return an Azzaro product purchased online ?

    You have the option to return online any product ordered within 14 days of its date of receipt, the shipping for the return is at the client expensive.

     

    The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.), and in its original packaging with its security tag intact, accompanied by a copy of the receipt.

    We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete soiled product or with its security tag debased will not be eligible for a refund.

     

    AZZARO does not offer exchanges.

  • What is the security of online payments ?

    An SSL encryption system is in place to highly secure and protect personal and payment data.

    In addition, we enforce the security of payments through the secure 3D system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards thus equipped. An additional step takes place upon payment, verifying the cardholder’s identity and confirming the transaction. Each bank has its own authentication. For any questions regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.

    Our Customer Service may also conduct verifications and contact you before approving the transaction and confirming the order to collect more information in order to fight against fraud and guarantee your protection.

  • After sales service - Product care

    Our team will assist you in English or French from Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM Paris time.

     

    Please note that the properties of certain materials and/or certain product finishes (wrinkled, lustre, etc.) are not designed to be permanent. Repeated washes will alter the clothes’ appearance over time. This is completely normal and gives the article of clothing its appeal and very special character.

     

    Please be aware of the risk of color transfer in personal items of clothing due to fabric dye from our products. Please read the instructions carefully.

     

    Additionally, slight variations may arise for all hand applications, embroideries, leather items, jeans colors because they are created using traditional techniques and treatments which give them their unique, timeless character. The use of traditional processes means that no two items are exactly alike, which is exactly what generates their appeal and uniqueness.

     

    All items need to be treated with care. Avoid allowing other objects to come in contact and over-exposing to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of high heat concentration. Kept them in a dry and cool environment.
